Junior Coaching
Gym based training for 7-16yr olds
Personal training and sports performance coaching for junior athletes. From building confidence for everyday life, improving health to training sports champions. I offer coaching to meet the needs of all the junior athletes I work with.

Gym based training is an ideal way for juniors to explore how they move in a safe environment, develop fundamental movement skills, improve their health and wellbeing and future proof themselves as they get older. Strong, confident children grow up to be strong, confident adults.

I have a BA Honours in Physical Education and an up to date enhanced DBS certificate. Sessions are from £35. I also do coaching for small groups and teams.
